update polymer related info to 0.8.7

Upgraded to polymer 0.8.7. 
Most fixes are related to polymer-intro tutorial, but some minor changes to
forms, fetchdata, and indexeddb as well. I had to update several images.

Sample code is already pushed to github and the drone.io button is green again.

Noticed a few small things (might have missed some, so you might want to look
for these globally):

polymer-intro/images/bootstrap-script.png:
"Bootstrap script" callout has extra-wide yellow box

polymer-intro/images/connections.png:
Says "Polymer bootstrap script" instead of just "Bootstrap script"

Code descriptions are inconsistent: 2nd person vs. 3rd person, articles vs. no
articles. E.g.: polymer-intro/images/dart-script-code.png says "Associates this
class with a custom element", but polymer-intro/images/connections.png says
"Associate Dart class with custom element definition"

polymer-intro/images/polymer-element-instantiation.png:
imports packages/polymer/boot.js. Should it import the regular script instead?
(I might have missed this in some earlier figures.)

index.dart or index.html? This is the only mention I can find of index.dart, so
it surprised me. (Looking at the source, I see that there is indeed an
index.dart file, but it's not mentioned anywhere else on the page.)
