Mojofy unittests: ServiceWorkerVersionTest

This patch mojofies five unittests:
 - ServiceWorkerVersionTest
 - ServiceWorkerFailToStartTest
 - ServiceWorkerNavigationHintUMATest
 - ServiceWorkerStallInStoppingTest
 - ServiceWorkerVersionWithMojoTest

In this patch, InterfaceProvider/InterfaceRegistry are initialized at
StartWorker when enabling mojo for the service workers.
