Add GMs for gpu Bezier shaders

Here is an update to Brian's gpu GM. It now includes a GM for each of cubics,
conics, and quads. Also each gm tests the shader for Fill_AA, Hair_AA, and
Fill_NoAA.

Also includes a bug fix for the conic shader (which may account for that weird
filling bug we saw yesterday, but then again I didn't think anything was being
drawn as conics as of now)
