Ingnore unsupported arguments in TraceEventAnalyzer. Trace events now carry Dictionary arguments (https://codereview.chromium.org/23088002/), which cause TraceEventAnalyzer to fail hard. Changing the behavior to issue a warning instead and ignore the unsupported arguments.
