Rename DiagnosticEvent to GoogleNowEvent

Rename DiagnosticEvent to GoogleNowEvent

DiagnosticEvent wasn't really a diagnostic event. It's a UMA event to track the
flow of Google Now. GoogleNowEvent captures this and aligns with the name in
histograms.xml
