Regenerate dart:html for dart2js using Chrome 34 IDL

Looks good, primary fix is probably to hide matchesSelector as we should only
expose it as matches.

Yes, both are in IDL.  matches is "custom" in JS and forwarded by hand (in
JavaScript) to webkit, moz, etc.
