Description

Rename Linux Redux to Linux OpenSSL and adjust config. The Linux Redux bot was testing a bunch of flags used by Android; now that we have Android bots on the main waterfall this coverage is no longer needed. However, we still want coverage of use_openssl=1, so rename the bot to Linux OpenSSL and adjust the config to drop all the other build flags. BUG=

First stab at this. If you want some of the removed flags put back just let me
know, but I suspect almost all of them make no measurable difference to build
time and are just making it more fragile.
