The first in a series of mass rebaselines. I tried to avoid
anything especially controversial (like security tests). We 
can think more about those once the easier masses have been
addressed.

The newly added lines to TestExpectations are a result of
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=237701. I'll get rid of them
in a followup rebaseline.

FWIW, I don't think chrome presubmit recognize this. Needs an lgtm. I'll just
submit this anyways. Just letting you know for future reference.

Yeah. I expect that's true, but I don't really have the energy to argue over
what is worth keeping or deleting. I'm taking a hacksaw to the TestExpectations
file. Not really looking closely at the rebaseline results.

lgtm, too. You are correct that rs=me is meaningless to the presubmit checks,
and I agree that we shouldn't try to figure out which tests are still useful or
not as part of the "rebaseline tests in TestExpectations" mass updating.
