Rename PyAuto waterfall to ChromeDriver.

The Pyauto based tests were removed in an earlier CL.

Are you an appropriate reviewer for this? This is a simple rename from PyAuto ->
ChromeDriver. This master no longer has PyAuto stuff on it.

Also, FYI, it's ok that the waterfall will be broken for a bit since the bots
won't be able to find qa_buildbot_run.py until restart.

This lgtm, but only because it's OK for this waterfall to be broken for a bit

I can stop the old waterfall and start the new one once this lands. Keep in mind
that it will lose all of the build history, etc.
