Move visitedlink and auto_login_parser to component test target

I think components_unittests are running on all the bots except android now? Do
you need help with creating a target for that?

Also visited link has a few perf tests, but I know nothing about the perf
infrastructure.

get your help if it hasn't been added to the android test bots yet.
