Please add a test to make sure sure this doesn't bork someones history file.

FYI, there are also 3 or more unit tests that were either testing the migration
or were relying on the migration code to set up a bookmarks model in a known
state. I will fix those in the AM and upload a new patchset.

Turns out only one was failing due to my changes. The other two fail on master
(with lots of log spew about GTK - perhaps because I was running without an X
session or something?).
