Heh, that's meaning, not just grammar. ;)

It would be nice to give the user a hint of how to fix their problem, rather
than just telling them what's forbidden, but I don't know that it's possible to
stick a "learn more" link in one of these messages. :-/

There already is a learn more link, this message is just the text to the left of
it.

Before it said, "there is only one place to install stuff." Now it
says, "there's at least one place you can't install stuff." The new
meaning is more correct, since you can drag files into the extensions
page and use corporate policies to enable more sites.
