Moved Shailen's Futures article into the tutorials. Reformatted and made small
adjustments to fit the tutorial format as needed. Added redirects.

I like it.

But I'm not sure about the figure for the Futures tutorial.

First, I was confused because the figure wasn't in the Futures tutorial.

Second, it features the event loop, which isn't discussed in the article.

I had some nits to pick about the actual diagram, too... but I'm thinking that
instead you could just show some code. Or find a graphical way to represent
Future.then.then.... without including the event loop.
