Move ppapi/examples/gles2/ to ppapi/examples/video_decode

Move ppapi/examples/gles2/ to ppapi/examples/video_decode

I'd like there to be a ppapi example plugin that only uses the pepper 3d
context API and not video decode.

I've verified that ppapi_examples_video_decode compiles with this patch. I don't
have access to any hardware where video decode works, but this is just a move +
rename so hopefully I haven't broken it.

git cl upload somewhat barfed on testdata.h since it was too big:


Not uploading the patch for ppapi/examples/gles2/testdata.h because the file is
too large.


what's the recommended way to land this so that the right thing happens on the
bot? can I trust git cl dcommit?
