nit: The term "service" used for the process type that runs Cloud Print, etc, so
we've been referring to the Chromoting host process as a "daemon" to avoid
confusion.

When we discussed this, I thought you were referring to the channel name; the
message-Id space should probably stay as ChromotingService/DaemonMsgStart - it
could be re-used for non-session-related messages in future.

If this is going to ab an umbrella for all Chromoting IPC it makes sense to call
it "ChromotingMsgStart" and define messages like 
"ChromotingSessionMsg_SendSas", "ChromotingFooBarMsg_Bla"
