Fix pyauto process_test

On my machine, this fixes some of the tests, though testProcessCountFlashProcess
and testProcessCountCombination still fail.

I've seen a lot of other flash-related tests fail on my machine, so that could
be the problem with the first one, and I'm still looking at the second.

Please ignore my last comment: I found what I was doing wrong with respect to
flash-related tests so this now fixes everything (at least on my machine -- I'll
keep an eye on the pyauto bots.
