Exciting new stuff:
* Visibility fixes, which should make it possible to get the mac components build going eventually (with a bunch of chromium patches that I have locally)
* Lambda support

This also makes -Wempty-body catch more things, so https://chromiumcodereview.appspot.com/9570054/ disables that warning on two targets.

Trying the "let's try to get rolls out a day earlier" thing we talked about… :-)

The binaries are on is.gd/chromeclang, but I haven't uploaded them to goma yet.
I'll of course do that before landing this.

Note the 3 new warnings for -Wempty-body (2 in libxml, in 1 hunspell, both for
intentional "while (*foo++ = read());" style loops. I'll add -Wno-empty-body to
these 2 projects before landing, too.

The mac tryrun isn't done yet, I'm hoping it'll cycle green :-) It should be
done cycling by the time you get up.
