I think you'll want to check with agl@ before landing this. My understanding is
that there is a specific date associated with taking any action, so if the NSS
change to certdb for Trustwave would go live in Mozilla code, that may be an
issue.

I don't know if that's a concern though, since on Linux & ChromeOS we use system
NSS, while on Mac and Windows we don't use certdb AFAIK.
