is this the right way to set CC/CXX for ASan?

I think I'm going to hold on with switching to clang binaries for a while, so
different paths are used here.

Why is that? At least on mac, and probably for os=='linux' and host_arch=='x64'
and target_arch=='x64' (which should cover all the 64bit linux bots), you should
be able to use the "normal" clang binaries, right? Could you use them on mac and
linux64 and use your custom binary only for linux32?

I don't need this CL then, do I? :)
Let's just add -asan-blacklist and use Clang directly on Mac and Linux x64.
To build on Linux i386 we can just pass additional CC and CXX flags, as we did
this before.
