I thought CrOS wants to build without gtk. Is CrOS+GTK still needed somewhere?

Hi Lei,

We do, the issue is that we still need to support ChromeOS+GTK in ToT
because this is how developers fix their R18 bugs, first in ToT then
getting a "merge request" approved into the branch.

I overlooked this aspect of the workflow.
