I disagree with this change, but I'm waiting to hear back from Kathy. If you do
go forward with this change, though, you should probably not bother passing in
the isDesktop argument into "accordionStyleFor". Or frankly, you can probably
get rid of this function completely.

Reverted that part of it, got rid of the problem where the panel and minimap
disappeared before the column got wider because bootstrap's notion of large was
inconsistent with ours.
