remove community, redirect to support, clean up support

delete "Google+"

And maybe make the "communities" item either first or last (because it's BEST).

Since all "Bugs" links seem to go to dartbug.com/new, perhaps extract them all
into a "Bugs and feature requests" how on the page. If not, how about making the
bug link go to bugs for the relevant component instead of to dartbug.com/new.
People can find the new issue button, but they might not find existing issues
easily.
