Please add a note that this is deprecated and no new uses should be added, and
put a TODO (you can put me if you like) to remove it. My guess is that, e.g.,
GetStringWidthF doesn't actually need rounded values, and that we shouldn't
actually be using this there. Any specific call sites that want nil handling, or
rounding, should be doing it locally.
