can we call this guestviewInternal? (and then reconcile that webview isn't
called webviewInternal).

(btw the directory appears to be guest_view, implying to me that this should be
guestView, same comment re webview...)

I've renamed this to guestViewInternal.
Changed directory name under chrome/browser/extensions/api/guestview to
guest_view

For webview, can I do it in a separate patch?since we already have internal
functions there that are incorrectly named?
