removing Web UI tutorials, updating remaining 4 to current release, + review pass

Second half of the Great Tutorial cleanup.

- Removed 3 web ui tutorials and related diagrams and images
   (also updated links in various place related to removing web ui tutes.)
- Updated the last 4 tutorials to latest release (mostly related to JSON and
Polymer)
- Updated images and examples accordingly. All apps now hosted from dartlang and
NOT from github.
- Review pass.

A few quibbles. I spotted one other while I was checking the page nav: in
connect-dart-html/, the left link at the bottom of the page says "Get started".
It should say "Get Started". Scandalous!
