These links didn't work for me, and neither did the apps (unless I clicked the
shield). Same for forms/. But the earlier tutorials' examples and example links
did work.

Need to fix this on github by creating duplicate directories. Renaming in
progress.

The shields will be there until the samples are hosted alongside the tutorial
page. Change is coming.

all apps are hosted alongside the page they come from EXCEPT one...count_down in
indexeddb. I couldn't get the polymer version to compile to javascript. It will
have to remain shielded for a few days. I need a better solution for deploying
polymer apps, and it will take a while. I don't want to hold this up for that.
Also, I want to limit what goes in this already monster-ific CL.
