Hey,

As mentioned in the bug, we need to ensure that all ancestors have integer
transforms and have 1.0 opacity before compositing (we do enforce pixel snapped
scroll offsets in TransformTree::UpdateSnapping but this doesn't prevent parent
transforms from putting us at a non-pixel snapped position). I think I know how
to detect this but I don't think it'll be ready for M55 so I'd like to turn the
feature off there. PTAL, thanks.
