Is there a launch bug for this API? If not, can you create one? Then link to it

Attached launch bug. According to the sheet, it should already be in stable for
M28, but it was only in stable for whitelisted extensions. Should it that sheet
be updated? adding +mfoltz.

Wasn't adding you specifically regarding the spreadsheet question. Just adding
