Description

Replace direct use of DriveIntegrationServiceFactory with drive::util::GetFileSystemByProfile. DriveIntegrationServiceFactory::GetForProfile will return the instance regardless of whether the Drive is enabled or not. GetFileSystemByProfile will still be looking at enabled state.
