[Android WebView] Remove use of obsolete clip

Follow up to https://codereview.chromium.org/20234002/ - the old
representation is no longer set so remove use of it.

yeah... downstream is currently setting it to NULL so we know it's junk and use
the other value..... I would have temporarily done the NULLing in the c'tor to
allow 3 rather than 5 sided patch, but the clang style plugin bans inline c'tor
in header files now and I wasn't going to add a .cc just for that. (which is
kind of impossible given this .h is shared across distinct .so units).

switched to memset(0) downstream, so now this is the last step needed for
cleanup
