Remove gc extension from webkit/support

Remove gc extension from webkit/support

Nothing depends on this, although some webkit_unit_tests still depend on
--expose-gc.

D'oh, this is also used in content/shell/.  I'll move it out of webkit/support/
instead of just removing it.

we could also consider to rewrite all layout tests to use gc() instead of
GCController.collect(), as gc() is always defined for layout tests anyway.

That's a good idea as well, although there appear to be a few hundred references
so it might take a bit to clean them all up.
