Extract copy operation related to Drive to fileOperationUtil.

This CL extracts copy operation related to Drive from processCopyEntry_ to
an utility method copyFileOnDrive.

BUG=246976
TEST=Ran browser_tests --gtest_filter="*FileSystemExtensionApiTest*:*FileManagerBrowserTest*" and tested manually.
