Here you should check if kUseGL is "osmesa" (I think there is a const char* for
the name).  If no, call the CollectBasicGraphicsInfo.  If yes, construct a fake
GPUInfo, say, fill the vendor_id, device_id, etc, but make sure it doesn't
conflict with any real ones, so it will never be blacklisted.

Ok done, although I couldn't really find a good value for things such as version
strings...

Do we have a better way to grab gl_version, etc. for OSMesa than to hardcode
it...?

I don't like my current hardcoded solution in gpu_data_manager_impl_private.cc
at all...
