Remove setTimeout for serviceNextCopyTaskEntry_().

Remove setTimeout for serviceNextCopyTaskEntry_().

FileCopyManager.serviceNextCopyTaskEntry_() already works in asynchronous way,
so it shouldn't be necessary to run it with setTimeout().
