Also, should we say custom component or custom element?

Finally, should we perhaps just name the samples littleben_with_custom_element
and littleben_with_bound_model or littleben1 and littleben2 or some other naming
scheme, so as not to make petiteben seem like a second class citizen?

Also removed the polymer links from the left column. I decided I didn't like it.
It was messy.
