Description

Ignores synthetic mouse events in ImmersiveModeControllerAsh::OnMouseEvent(). Counterintuitively, we get synthetic mouse events when aura::client::CursorClient::IsMouseEventsEnabled() == false. BUG=252230 Test=Manual, see bug Committed: https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=208097
