Include MSE duration testSetZero, nix early ending

Include MSE duration testSetZero, nix early ending

Add testSetZero case to MSE duration boundarycondition layout test.
Remove explicit endTest() from testSetPositiveDouble and testSetZero for full logging.
Update test expectation accordingly.
