Remove iOS special case for WebKit

Remove iOS special case for Blink

This CL remove the iOS special case for Blink. After this CL, iOS pulls the
entire Blink repository instead of pulling part of it from svn.webkit.org.

DEPS changes look correct to me.  We may need a trooper to perform surgery on
the iOS bots.  I've emailed Chase to ask for help, but c-i-t may be more
appropriate.
