[Android] Add Autocapitalization for <input> elements. Add a flag to make IME capitalize the first letter of each new sentence. Also adding EditorInfo.IME_FLAG_NO_EXTRACT_UI flag that goes together with EditorInfo.IME_FLAG_NO_FULLSCREEN but somehow was never included before.
