Increase expectation on output of gclient for help and unknown command.

Also adds msg to assertions to print current size of data written to stdout.

Currently, the size of output for help command is 2064 byte. Looks like we need
to update the expectation in gclient_smoketest.py.

                        used up to three times for more logging info.
  --gclientfile=CONFIG_FILENAME
                        Specify an alternate .gclient file
  --spec=SPEC           create a gclient file containing the provided string.
                        Due to Cygwin/Python brokenness, it probably can't
                        contain any newlines.
  --no-nag-max          If a subprocess runs for too long without generating
                        terminal output, generate warnings, but do not kill
                        the process.
