Adjust PrintPreview height.

Have the bottom margin of the print preview dialog be the same as
the side margins (25 pixels).

I applied patch and it works as expected when bookmarks are invisible
but still shifted up when visible.

Yeah, this patch only addresses the size of the print preview. You can merge
crrev.com/16021009/ to see how it behaves with the bookmark bars issue fixed.
