Remove "--hsts-hosts" command-line argument

Remove "--hsts-hosts" so we don't have to maintain it during upcoming changes to the TransportSecurityState data structures and JSON format.

The "--hsts-hosts" feature is likely unused, is redundant with net-internals,  and is dangerous since it fails silently.  Also it exposes the internal JSON format to the user.

I weakly protested to keep it last time someone tried to remove it. It's nice
for setting up recipes for highly secure launchers for certain web sites. I even
had a blog post with an example.

I suppose I can wipe away a tear and let it go this time.

cevans, you can still make such recipes by adding the pins in
chrome://net-internals/#hsts, and even using multi-profile support if necessary.
