Remove RetainPtrObjectHash and RetainPtrObjectHashTraits

Remove RetainPtrObjectHash and RetainPtrObjectHashTraits

RetainPtrObjectHash and RetainPtrObjectHashTraits classes are used in Safari and not used anywhere
in Blink or Chromium, so they should be removed from Blink WTF.

retainptr was a CF thing.  I believe it was used for GTK, and could be used for
other non-RefCounted types, as it supported overriding the retain/deref methods.

RetainPtr is used in a lot of places inside Blink, like RenderThemeChromiumMac.h
or within Source/core/platform/graphics/mac/ folder. Should all this code be
also removed?
