Change first run strings from "omnibox data" -> "history"

Changes the string and breaks it apart for the Android UI.

Answer to both of the questions is that there's a system notification that gets
fired on Android that needs the string broken up.  The short form of the
notification just says that "You're now signed in to Chrome." (that's all that
will really fit in the notification bar) but expanding the notification pops up
the rest of the string.

I don't think suffixing with _1 and _2 are good ways to differentiate messages. 
Imagine if all our translations were IDS_2, IDS_3, etc.
