This whitelisting is only temporary and a change to remove these altogether is
up for review as part of another CL.

I'd be inclined not to add whitelisting, even if temporary, if at all possible.

There's a race between this CL and another which removes Tegra whitelisting
altogether.I will remove this since that another one is mostly ready to go.
