Add dbus_unittests to chromium_builder_tests target.

Add dbus_unittests to chromium_builder_tests target.

Not having this binary is causing the ARM FYI tester
to fail.

TEST=ninja chromium_builder_tests && check for dbus_unittests being built.

Is it because this is the only linux builder that doesn't build "All".

What other linux builders only build chromium_builder_tests?

Yeah, actually, you're completely right. The other builders explicitly list the
tests to build. This is totally lgtm.
