This passes now on linux_chromeos trybot. It's failing on cros_* but the
failures don't seem to be related to the browser tests I'm re-enabling. In fact,
the cros_* bots don't seem to even the browser_tests suite.

I'd like to send to the CQ if everyone is ok with that.
