Description

More generic untar for various type of data.tar* Sometimes .deb contains data.tar.bz2 or data.tar.xz and install-build-deps just cannot finish normally. Fortunately modern tar supports compression type detection. BUG= Committed: https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=188929
