Hey Issac PTAL

This seems to get the gl_tests to run on android. I suspect they won't run on
all devices without adding some code to use virtual contexts but I can fix that
in another CL?

This change looks fine.  If your tests pass on galaxy nexus, I'd suggest adding
the target to the experimental list in build/android/pylib/gtest/gtest_config.py
in the same CL, which will make your tests run on android_fyi bots and allow us
to run this through the android_fyi_dbg trybot.

In the interest of keeping CLs small and I check this in as is and enable it in
a different CL?
