I verified this matches the value of dss_sign(2) in TLS.

The other client cert types (containing Diffie-Hellman or
EC Diffie-Hellman public keys in the certificates) are
rarely used in practice, so we can omit them to make our
code size a bit smaller :-)

Indeed, that's why I selected this value. I should have been clearer in my
commit message about this. Thanks for double checking :-)
